Arbitration Update February 17, 2023

"The Association's grievance is sustained. The Hospital is directed to charge in 2023 eligible retirees enrolling in the Hospital non-union plan a premium of approximately eight hundred eighty dollars per month which shall be one undred percent offset by the case supplement of eleven thousand dollars, per annum, agreed to in Section 9.03 B of the MOA. In subsequent years, the amount may rise consistent with past practice. The parties' anticipated the eleven thousand dollars supplement should be able to offset most, if not all, of premium increases during the life of the MOA."
